All sales are final.

If artwork or merchandise is received damaged please provide documentation, photos of the damage, to drawnlovely.cs@gmail.com within 14 business days and a replacement will be shipped to you. If a replacement is not available a digital gift card will be sent to the email address on file.
Damage: Any rips, chips, tears, or creases in the artwork. Does not include minor nicks or scratches to poster frames that may occur during transport. What is or is not minor is up to our discretion. Broken frames will be replaced with documentation.

Shipping

Orders may take 3-4 weeks to produce and ship. Once an order is sent, You will receive an email with tracking details. Third party fulfillment centers are used to produce some items. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive multiple shipments. This can take up to four weeks for an order to be completely fulfilled. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within four weeks please contact us at  drawnlovely.cs@gmail.com. 
In the event that your order shows delivered, but you did not receive your items notify us via email at  drawnlovely.cs@gmail.com within 30 days for replacement.  If a replacement is not available a digital gift card will be sent to the email address on file.
For international shipments, you may be required to pay taxes or duties before customs will allow you to receive your order. This is called Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) or, more officially known as, Delivered At Place (DAP).
Orders currently only ship to the US and CANADA.

Privacy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from drawnlovely.com Your information is used to communicate with you, fulfill orders and provide a better experience on our site. Drawnlovely will not sell your data to third parties.

Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

If you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including Canada and the United States.

Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
