Refund policy

All sales are final. 

If artwork or merchandise is received damaged, please provide photos of the damage to drawnlovely.ma@gmail.com within 14 business days, and a replacement will be shipped to you. If a replacement is not available a gift card for the item's total value will be emailed to the address on file.
